Here are the SOPs for the CH alliance. You are probably explecting a long and boring list of rules to follow and requirements that have to be adhreded to that you never even thought were possible, but you will not find that here. The SOPs have gone through several changes, from insanely strict to now what is believed to be moderate and not that severe. It is asked of all CH pilots to follow these guidelines and to have a good time online and whenever they fly. It is also asked that a 'good time' not come at the expence of being rude to other pilots. Below are the newly revised SOPs. Read them, be aware of them and have fun.

1. Members are required to sign the pledge.

2. Pilots are allowed to be in more then one squadron, but are asked to exercise caution, since loyalties may be divided and if the CH desides to fight a squadron that someone belongs to, not only can that pilot not fly in that SW, but it may cause mis-communications as well.

3. CH pilots are to listen and respect the the chain of command, as well as other pilots.

4. There is to be no extreme cussing or teasing.

5. There will be no racism and prejudice towards other pilots. All pilots are equal.

6. All CH tags must be as follows: Gold Talon Wing will have the letters GTW--<pilots name>. The GTW is all in caps followed by two dashes. This applies to the Silver Talon Wing (STW--<pilots name>) and future wings.

7. All Squadron information dubbed "classified" is to stay inside the squadron. You may be disiplined if caught leaking alliance information to other squads.

8. There is to be no hidden information about anything or anyone relating to this squadron. If something is going on, report it ASAP to your CO or the CH leader.

9. All squadrons are to be treated with respect and dignity. Fights or vendettas among squadrons will not be tolerated and the pilot responsible for disobeying this rule may be disiplined. The CH's involvement in SW is to have fun and not to be sore losers if we happen to be defeated in a match.

10. If someone annoys you or makes you want to say/do something you will regret, leave the situation. Don't make something potentially bad, worse. If the issue gets out of hand, please contact your wing leader, or the nearest available CO.

11. All CH pilots are required to report to the squadron's Website and keep themselves updated about upcoming matches or practices. All members are also required to keep their wing leaders advised of their availability for squadron related activities.

12. Wing members must try to attend their wing's matches, and post if they can not come. Pilots who are in another CH squad are encouraged to attend their fellow wing's SW. This will help boost moral and attending pilots can cheer their wingmen on.

13. All members are asked to use EZ Board to make communications easier and are free to talk about whatever issues they see fit (within reasonable boundries of course). The message boards allow pilots to post information reguarding their status, what's going on, etc. .

14. If there are disagreements within the squadron, the issues is to be posted and debated. There is to be no flaming and everything should be delt with in a mature manner.

15. Have fun!

16. Pilots who refuse to have fun or don't have a sense of humor will be reviewed for disiplinary action. (muhahaha)
